The Kiwi’s Place is the ideal place to stay to take in or participate in all that’s happening in the Okanagan. Peachland has 11 kilometres of lake frontage.
From half marathons, wine tours, Rattlesnake Island Swim, Paddle Fest, Farmer’s Market, Sunday Teas, etc. etc.
If you like a restful holiday, you start off with a good breakfast at the Peachland Wellness Centre on Sundays 8 – 11 am, stroll 5 minutes to the Farmer’s and Crafter’s market 10 – 2 pm and then on to the Little Schoolhouse for Sunday Tea 1-4 pm. And that’s just Sundays. Then, if you fancy another short walk, the Peachland Museum is open every day until all hours – no set closing time.
Of course you can enjoy excellent food at any of the 10+ restaurants in Peachland or, of course, cook in or outside your vacation suite. Enjoy a wonderful relaxing bbq in your own quiet area.
At the Visitor Centre (once the Peachland Primary School) you can listen to a Bat Chat, go through the art gallery, find out all that’s happening in and around Peachland.
If you want activity your choices are only limited by time – tennis, skateboarding, rollerblading, paddleboards, kayaks, jet skis, hiking, swimming, walking, cycling etc. etc. People watching is great sport down on Beach Avenue.
